Here are some quick answers about how HomeTech Solutions works, what we cover, and what you can expect when you schedule a service with us.

What areas do you serve

I cover Atlanta and the surrounding area including Monroe Snellville Loganville Lawrenceville and more. If you are nearby and not sure just reach out and ask.

When are you available

I currently work a full time job so most appointments are evenings or weekends. Emergency service can be scheduled anytime if needed.

How fast can I expect a response

I respond to all contact requests within 24 hours. Emergency requests are handled in 30 minutes or less.

What is your cancellation policy

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for canceling an on site visit. Cancellations with less notice will be charged a $20 fee.

How do I pay

You will get an invoice by email when the job is complete. I accept cash check Zelle Venmo CashApp and other common payment apps. Payment is due at completion unless we discuss otherwise.

Do you work on both homes and small businesses

Yes I handle both. I do not work with large corporate offices or medical offices. Most of my clients are home users or small business owners who need reliable help without the big company price tag.

What devices do you support

I work with Windows macOS Linux iOS and Android devices. The only thing I do not handle is cell phone screen repair.

Do I need to provide my own parts

I normally supply the parts needed for a job. If you want to provide your own we can discuss that before the appointment.

Do you offer data recovery

I do not provide data recovery services. For simple backups and transfers I can help but recovery of damaged drives is outside of my services.

Do you install security systems

Yes I work with UniFi cameras and systems. I handle mounting aiming terminating cables and setting up remote access for your cameras and smart locks.

Do you offer remote support

Yes I use TeamViewer for secure remote sessions. It is fast safe and easy to set up. You only need to install it when I ask you to.

How do you handle my personal data

I take your privacy seriously. I recommend changing your passwords before and after I work on your computer if I need access. I never keep or share your data.

Do you offer a guarantee

All sales are final but I do include 3 days of follow up support for the same issue after the job is finished. If you need more time we can discuss before the job is complete.
